August begins

Well.
is has been a long time since my last posting. We spent 3 weeks in MI for vacation..had a great time and now we are adjusting back to life at home. Since my last posting...

braydon has just continued to amaze us...the vocab, the activity, the knowledge...they are such a blast at this age (challenging at times too..but so much fun)....he is not to fond of his sisters new mobility...but he is adjusting..the other night he looked at her and said, "i love you brielle"..I had to leave the room i was in tears..it made me so happy..

brielle is now crawling and getting around fast, she is climbing the stairs...loves to do it over and over again, she has two bottom teeth and we believe she is working on the two middle top ones, is pulling up on everything and then likes to let go and just stand there..her balance is getting better each day (we could have another early walker on our hands)

august is just as busy...we will keep you posted! Brett and I are enjoying a day away tommorrow...we are giong to see a bunch of bands in concert with the highlight being "The Police"..should be fun, and will be the first time since Brielle was born that we will spend more than 2 hours away from both kids..

update...

july is fast approaching..
we leave in just over a week for Michigan.
Brielle started to crawl....not all the time, but she can do it. Also, has started to pull up on everything....who knows, she may walk early also....we keep getting busier!
Braydon is very much looking forward to time on the beach, with cousins, friends and other family....
We are ready for a relaxing time and time away from the hustle and bustle of our lives!

Memorial Day Weekend in Michigan

May has ended, we enter into June.....we enjoyed a nice getaway to Michigan for the Memorial Day Holiday..which included some fun with family and friends. We had the chance to meet our new nephew, Corbin (so cute), and to see both sets of grandparents, along with a nice weekend visit from our friends..the Childers! The boys had a ton of fun together. The cold waters of Lake Michigan did not bother Braydon has he dunked himself under more than once. Brielle loved the sand (did manage to eat a little), but not so fond of the cold water...preferred teh 80 degree pool!

We are back in Maryland for the month of June, will head to MI for the 4th of July holiday. We are busy...this weekend has already included a fair on friday night, gymjam on saturday morning, along with our neighborhood picnic and today is another birthday party! Busy weekends are fun!
