Weekend in Michigan (May 4-7)

We had a great visit to Michigan the early part of May. We took Braydon to his first ever Tulip Time in Holland Michigan and got to spend some time on the beach. Visited with friends and family and relaxed for the weekend. The Childers came over for the weekend and went on adventures with us. We look forward to spending a lot of our summer in Holland. Exact dates are not known yet, but for sure the entire month of July.
Some time at Grandpa and Grandma Bolt's Beach
He wanted so badly to be in the water, after this pic was taken he ran in, got soaked and would have loved it if we would have taken all his clothes off and let him swim.

WE HAVE MOVED!

Hello all...

the move was successful, and we are officially in our new house! we are surrounded by boxes and things to unpack and hang, but it still feels good to have that portion of transition over with. We close on the sale of our old house on May 26th, so we are busy cleaning that house up for the new owner. The moving day went really well, Grandpa and Grandma Kidder were here to help and we had movers move our stuff (definately would recommend that). Braydon did great and has taken a liking to his new room...we have had no sleeping problems or adjustment problems from him. I will be sending out change of address cards soon, but until then....don't worry, our P.O. Box number still works as I have not cancelled that yet and will be keeping it through July.

I will be sending out pics very soon, but the fun part of moving is finding things, and that includes that handy little cord that attaches from your camera to your computer to download photos! :) I also have pictures from our visit to MI, where we had a great time visiting with friends (Megan and Anabel came out for the day on friday, and Tim, Jodie and Quinn joined us for the weekend, and then lunch with the Hoorts on Sunday). We had a great weekend, which also included a dip in Lake MI for Braydon..who showed his love of the water by running directly into the Lake, and getting soaked and throwing a typical toddler tantrum when we pulled him out! Guess which kid will have a life jacket on all summer. :) awesome! we are so glad he loves the water.

Well...pics soon, and hope all are well. Kim

Easter Sunday and more.....

Hello everyone...

pics below are from Easter Sunday and other fun times.

We have a busy couple of weeks ahead of us. We are traveling to Michigan next weekend for the beginning of May...and Braydon's first official Tulip Time in Holland, MI. Should be fun. Brett has a meeting at Calvin, so we decided to make it a family trip. Hard to believe, but we have not been back to MI since Christmas! WOW! Then....we come back..to finish packing up our house...because the moving truck and men will be here bright and early on May 13th to move us exactly 4 miles north of our current house. Grandma and Grandpa Kidder are coming out to assist, and to help with last minute details. Should be a busy weekend, but we are excited.

As for Baby Bolt...we are now in our 15th week, and baby has started to ease up on me....no more getting sick, and starting to feel somewhat normal again. Anyone want to take bets as to if this one is a girl? We will start to send belly shots soon, and hopefully I will pop out in the next month or so...as for now, I have no change in my physical appearence and only a gain of 1lb. not bad.

Enjoy your weekend. Pics of the house are coming! :)
