Mothers Day and more...

We had a wonderful Mothers Day, which included a nice trip to the Baltimore Zoo, picked up our family membership for the year and saw many animals. Braydon loved the giraffes and swinging bridge in the childrens area,and Brielle loved the penquins and the fish (part of the crocodile exhibit).

We are staying busy here, but anxiously awaiting our trip to Michigan next week where we get to meet new members of our family...(come on Aunt Leslie....we can't wait). Braydon continues to change, his vocabulary has taken another leap, and his sense of humor....well, continues to develop. He is definately a 2 1/2 yr old boy...very active, into wrestling, running, climbing etc....

Brielle just had her 7 mos appointment (can't believe it).....she is our more dainty child...with only a 1lb gain in 2 mos, she is at 16.4lbs, and 26 3/4inches long...perfect for her. she continues to try more everyday....loves to rock on all fours, put herself into a sitting position, and just smile. she is babbling, screeching, and laughing a lot.

we spent a lot of the weekend outside...yesterday, the new playset was put in and Braydon loves it, even Brielle seems to enjoy her baby swing. We had some friends over last night and the kids welcomed in the new playset by trying everything out. Can't believe tommorrow is already May!

April is almost over...

April is almost over...figured I should post a few pics. We enjoyed a really warm, and very much needed weekend. Spent a lot of time outside running around, mowing the lawn, walks, bubbles, braydon riding and inspecting the motorcycles, etc.

Braydon loves to be outside and loves to be involved in any project that we attempt. He favorite thing at the moment is to look after the motorcycles and "check them out" as he says, while trying to convince Brett to take him on a ride.

Brielle turned 6 mos on the 20th and celebrated by really sitting on her own for long periods of time and rolling around a lot. She has changed a lot in the past week and we are noticing that when on her belly...those legs come up and "push"....she either goes forward or backward......

As we head into May...we have another quiet month at home, with some visitors and the hope for nice weather.
