Happy New Year! 2007

We are back...we had a wonderful time in Michigan for the holidays.....but the bummer..NO SNOW! we keep telling Braydon all about this wonderful white stuff...but so far..no proof! Although, he enjoyed himself and the act of Christmas and getting presents....he seems to think that Santa will be coming every day, as he is still reminding me of Thomas the Train things that he still thinks he needs. :) We enjoyed a lot of time with my siblings, Ross and Angela and Grandpa and Grandma. Braydon spent the night twice, and really enjoyed the special time he had with all of them! Mom and Dad enjoyed a couple of nights with just one little infant....who, unlike what we thought the first time around..is not a lot of work! :)

We also had a chance to see some friends, and Grandpa and Grandma Bolt. We always enjoy our time in Michigan and look forward to the next visit.

Braydon continues to make us smile everyday, with full sentences now and funny little remarks....we love him. Brielle is now smiling a lot more, cooing a little and we think we may have heard a few giggles here and there. She is already growing so fast! We have officially moved into 3-6 mos clothing. :)

We will see what the new year will bring!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hello...

Pictures will post in the year 2007...crazy isn't it!
We are in Michigan for the holiday now, so....I wanted to write a little something. We hope you all enjoy your holiday season with family and friends, we are already enjoying some much needed time with grandparents and an Aunt Angela and Uncle Ross, Braydon loves the attention they can give him...and they love that he is this little talking, running, full of knowledge little boy! oh...and for those who wonder...Brett drove to Michigan with braydon...and he did great on his first 11 hour road trip.....they had a great time together, while...I, opted to fly with Brielle, which went perfect!

Brielle had her 2month appointment on Thursday, and she is now 11.4 lbs, and 22 3/4 inches long! They grow so fast, she is in the 70th percentile for both. :) The doctor gave her a clean bill of health...although she is in the midst of her first ear infection...yikes! But, as most of you remember...Braydon's first year was full of ear infections....so, this does not phase me.:)

Merry Christmas!

Braydon turns 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Can you believe it? we have a 2yr old...and we have entered the terrible twos, but for the most part...he is still a charmer, and talks non-stop...really, non-stop! But, we had a fun weekend. We had a small party for him, combined with another one of his playdate friends, Allison. Together, they had the playgroup and a couple other 2 yrs olds running around..it was nuts. Good thing, Gymboree does all the clean up! Then a day at home with us, and he got the tool bench for his birthday....loves it! Can't believe he is two. He is 37 inches tall, and 33 lbs. Crazy..how fast time flies.

Brielle continues to grow..we have her 2 mos appointment next week, but..she is holding her head up really well, and likes very much to sit up...no laying back, wants to sit up. We are getting more smiles, and more sleep :) in the past week...amazing, they change so fast. They are a true blessing.

Next week, we travel to MI for the holidays. I will try to post some pics before then...but if it don't get a chance..Merry Christmas everyone....our cards are in the mail!

His cake...none other, than...Thomas! the little train goes around the track. :)

A Day out with Thomas the Tank Engine

We spent Saturday, December 2nd...riding on Thomas the Tank Engine. We went to Strasburg, PA (about 1 1/2 hours from Balitmore)where Thomas was visiting the railway and took a ride. Braydon was in heaven, as we noted from him shouting "THOMAS" and smiling the entire day. He could not stop watching the train. As many of you know, he absolutely loves trains (thomas being his favorite) and can not name more thomas characters than I knew existed.

For those who don't know about the exhibit. The Thomas Train visits different railways across the country and you can buy a ticket to ride on the train, along with a day of different activites and pictures, etc....It was a good time, and Brett and I both agree....it was something that as a parent....you get so much joy out of just seeing your child so excited!

Brielle spent the time bundled in the Bjorn, napping....I guess she is just not into Thomas like her brother...at least , not yet!
Look...it is Thomas...(he had to blink to make sure it was real)

Lots of New pics..and Happy Holiday season...

Hello...

We had a great Thanksgiving week....Grandpa and Grandma Bolt visited for the entire week, and Braydon got his share of waking them up every morning, "wake up Grandpa" as he pounded on the door. We had the chance to get our first Christmas tree as a family of four, we went to a Baltimore Ravens game, hung out at the house, made a great turkey dinner, and enjoyed some quiet time (or...as quiet as it can be with an infant and a toddler).

We look forward to the next month as we near Christmas, we will be going to MI for the holiday, but before that..many fun things planned. We have a trip to PA to ride on Thomas the Tank Engine (Braydon is very excited), along with Braydon's 2 yr birthday....can't believe he is two already. We have the Nexion Christmas party, and some other get togethers to attend, should be a busy month....stay tuned for more pics...

Love you all.
